Registration Instructions
Step 1:
Download the appropriate registration
form from those listed below. If you are
not sure which one to use, download the
General Public Registration Form.

Step 2:
Fill out the registration form
completely. Please type or print clearly
and use the name that appears on your
passport. Please make sure you we have a
good telephone number and e-mail address
so we can contact you with trip
information.
Step 3:
After you have completed the
registration form mail it along with
your nonrefundable $200 reservation
fee to the address below. Your
$200 will be deducted from the total
amount of the trip.
Step 4:
Due to the limited space, reservations
will be based on a first come first
serve basis. After you mail in your
reservation fee, e-mail us at
info@jrgusa.com
so we can reserve your space. Please
remember to list each person by name in
your e-mail.
Step 5:
Kick back, relax and watch your
e-mail for trip updates, scheduled trip
orientation sessions and group
assignments.
