These individuals will serve as recruiters for the school district and will go out on recruitment trips to colleges and universities across the nation to attract teachers to Loudoun County Public Schools.
Loudoun County is the second fastest growing county in the United States and the school system has experienced significant Hispanic and Latino student growth over the past ten (10) years.
